Band Bio:

Dead Rose Downfall were formed from the ashes of 2 struggling young bands named Area 52(haha) and Reinforced(hahaha). The 2 joined very slowly mainly in the first years of high school. Tom McHale (lead and rhythm guitarist) and former bassist Benji Fletcher were the Area 52 crew, and had always wanted to be in a band.

The same was happening with young Dani Beardmore (lead and rhythm guitarist), who was in reinforced with some other members. The 3 guys met through becoming friends at school. They all enjoyed the same music, and decided to form a band. Now, I could go into detail of all the many different line ups and changes, but i'll not go there as we could be here for a while. So we'll stick to most recent. Early in 2004, the new band named Bullet Theory, who featured Tom, Dani, Benji, Na Hutchinson and former singer Sam Herron, had done a few gigs together when they realised the singer was a fat waste of space and was more intrested in other things. He was dropped from the band. After a few weeks of searching for a new frontman, Dani told Tom and Benji that he had been talking to his old reinforced bandmate Andy Cox. After a jam with him, he was enrolled as the new singer. Almost a year later, some problems arrised with Benji. Benji was also dropped and Dave (geordie boy) Kay was taken to fill the bass slot. Now the most recent
change has taken place through all the band. We recently changed our name from Bullet Theory to Dead Rose Downfall. We decided to do this as we weren't getting very far by using the ffaf song as our name.

Also, recently we have taken on our new drummer Inny, as we have been having many problems with Na. Dead Rose Downfall have recently recorded an 3 song demo/ep. The guys walked into pig hut studios on the 4th June and recorded what they thought would be a good recording. However, Andy was flat and some things needed fixing, so Tom, Dani and Andy went back and re-did the fuck-ups.

The Abolesco E.P is available now.
