Being in a band, in our opinion, is about playing music that you enjoy and having a good time with friends. This is how this band was born. The three of us all share a love for music with strong melody lines and catchy hooks. This is what we try to incorporate in every song that we write.

dan.ed.will was born in February 2005 in a small village in Kent called High Halden. The story of our name is not very interesting, its just our first names in alphabetical order! We've all played in different bands before so we all have a taste of playing live and writing songs. If we had to liken ourselves to any band then we would say that we sound like a British version of Fall Out Boy with a bit of Mae and The Killers thrown in.

Our influences range from Pop Punk to Indie to Metal and I guess you can hear all our identities in each of the songs. We write songs as a unit, we all suggest different parts to add to the music, and how we can improve them. We want every song we write to be our favourite song.

We have just recently recorded our first EP which we have been selling at our shows for a paltry price of £2 and we have been getting great feedback from people who have heard it. We hope to be touring the UK in December of this year and we have already played over 30 shows with many more to come! We've been lucky enough to have shared the stage with the likes of My Awesome Compilation, Fastlane, Midasuno and The Riverclub who are all big influences on our music!

This band started because we wanted to play music that we love. It's no lie that we want to take the band as far as we can go. We hope to play to as many people as we can and we hope to be doing this for as long as possible!
