This was my first visit to Rock City...what was my first impression? this place is fucking awesome! (can I say fucking?..damn right I can!). Though Rock City has a capacity near to 1,000 it's one of the most intimate venues I have visited, the sound is amazing and the staff made me trickle in my knickers!.

Like most teenagers (Fuck off! I've only just turned 20) I only knew a handful of Billy Idol's songs. I'm now a straight up Billy Idol fan, a new favourite is 'Hot In The City' which sounded even better live than on CD!.

This gig showed what rock n' roll is all about! no fancy tricks...just straight up rock!...I loved it.

On a final note, please lord let me have a body like Billy Idol when I'm 50.
