The line up was great, featuring well known and new bands including Entombed, Raging Speedhorn, Conquest of Steel, Sikth, Forever Never, Four Way Kill and more. I met the upload team there and had a blast. Can't really do an indepth review of all the bands as I was too busy in the pits and running from stage to stage trying to catch it all. My favorite sets were Forever Never, Conquest of Steel and Entombed, but I never heared a bad set all through the festival.

This festival was as much to do with the spirit of metal in this country as it was about the show and the sell out crowd and sense of being at something special was overwhelming. The gig of the year in my eyes, so far. Please hurry up and lets have Damnation 06 in January - I want and need to go back for more...........
