It was a freezing cold day outside as we made our way round to the Stealth Club for this years ‘Eye Candy’ Adult market that had been organized by our friends from Deviant Clothing and Deviant Piercing www.deviantclothing.co.uk

We entered the club early and the stallholders were still setting up ready for the days market, you really could buy just about anything here, from PVC clothing to nice hand made ‘Goth’ greeting cards. The market was set out on 2 floors of the club with bars on both floors to keep people refreshed.

It was soon time for the market to open it’s doors and a steady stream of people came in to take a look around and see what was on offer. There is a nice mix of people all dressed in their ‘Sunday Best’ which basically covered anything from the fetish styled Pvc and Leather to the more sedate Goth style of dress with women in their laced bodices and close fitting skirts.

We ventured on up to the first floor for a look around and it was packed full of stalls selling everything from clothing to ‘adult’ toys and equipment.

The guys from Rhino had the biggest collection of toys and devices we have ever seen, including a special ‘massager’ that apparently had 70+ different programmes and lit up like a Christmas tree ! www.rhinopleasureproducts.com

We carried on looking around and found the Tops & Tails stall that were selling everything from Cyber wear to Punk styled clothing and accessories. www.topsandtails.com

Next there was a stall selling beautiful masks and headwear and fairy wings that were covered in feathers and sequins and a stall run by Purrvert Clothing that were selling studded wrist bands, collars and cuffs and a wonderful horned head dress. www.purrvertclothing.co.uk

There were many stalls selling different ranges of clothes from the Goth styled items to the more outlandish designs in rubber and Pvc , one of these was Noctule which had great clothes and also some of the sexiest footwear you could ever hope to see, with heels that defied gravity – they were definitely not designed for walking in !

Also on the top floor there was a separate curtained off area that lead through to the Piercing area and you were able to get just about any area of your body pierced here. It was all set up correctly with fully steralised equipment and one of the best piercers in the country was actually working today, on behalf of Deviant Piercings www.deviantclothing.co.uk

We went back down to the ground floor to take a look around and found the Deviant Clothing stall, these people are some of the leading designers and manufacturers of Fetish / Goth / Cyber and Clubbing clothing and accessories in the UK today and they also happen to be the organisers of todays event.

Also showing on this floor were Supernal Clothing www.supernal-clothing.co.uk who had some very futuristic designs in Jackets and other clothing and a great selection of furry jackets in some amazing colours.

Other retailers on the ground floor included a couple of stalls selling paintings and art items and also a stall selling various novelty type gifts.

One of our favorite stalls on this floor was Gothic Cards duchess371@hotmail.com where you could buy some wonderful hand made Birthday / Christmas cards and very unusual wedding stationery and gifts. We decided to buy a couple of Merry Gothmas cards and birthday cards with a difference for a few friends.

Over all the day went really well, there were lots of great stalls and plenty of visitors looking for something a bit different and they certainly found it here.

The market shut it’s doors at 5pm which gave everyone just enough time to tidy up, go home and get changed ready for the evenings entertainment…..

At 8pm we headed back to Stealth and walked into the ground floor room to find a very different scene to that earlier in the day – all the stalls had been tidied away and now there was a smoke covered dance floor and lots of people dressed up ready for the night. Bill from Deviant Clothing was the DJ and he was playing some great ‘Goth’ tunes. Upstairs there was another DJ and even more people all having a great evening.

As the evening wore on people were moving from room to room and generally having a great night out, this was a perfect end to the day and everyone seemed to agree that the whole day really had been a huge success.

Roll on next year’s event, and well done to Bill & Co from Deviant Clothing
